Active Shooter Training

How do you deal with an active shooter at your facility? What about an assaultive customer, or employee? There are no perfect answers, but in order to prepare to combat this real threat you must have a partnership between the administration and employees. We can help provide a pathway to that partnership.

We offer a few levels of training. Active Shooter / Assaultive Subjects in the Workplace, Personal Safety Awareness, and Site Security Assessment.

Our cadre of instructors has a variety of experience and training in security subjects, and we will provide you with a quality product that will improve the safety of your employees.

Site Security Assessment includes a facility inspection. I will review the facility myself along with another member of my team. We then provide you with a written current assessment and suggested improvements that can be used in future budget planning and construction improvements.

Personal Security Awareness is the first level of safety. Being aware of threats that may be presented as you shop, leave your business, contact customers, contact clients in their home, and in other situations helps you to avoid them and improve personal safety.

Employees are our greatest asset and deserve our protection and a safe working environment. They are also a vital link in our security in observing, reporting, and reacting to active threats, whether they are internal or external to the company. With this in mind, we offer After Shooter / Assaults in the Workplace training for employees to help them in preparing for an unlikely, but potentially tragic event of an assaultive subject or active shooter. We will also discuss what to look for, what to report, and how to react in a variety of situations.

We offer three levels of AS/AW training.

Level 1 is a discussion with power point information. (1.5 hrs.)

Level 2 includes scenario role playing to provide thoughtful understanding of proper actions. (1.0 hrs.)

Site walk through and security discussion. This is included in both the Site Assessment and AS/AW Level 2 (1.0 hrs.).
